You say m2ts which is normally HD and DVD which is normally SD. What exactly are you trying to do?

To create a DVD or BD with menu, you specify this when you open DVD Architect and select New from the File menu. You then drag your main video file to the menu and its done. The audio should be in a separate file with the same filename stem. If you want scene buttons, you must first insert scene markers, preferably in Vegas.
