No Chapter Markers?

When I insert Media into DVDA v5.2 that was created in Vegas 10.0d using the Blu-Ray template for the Sony AVC render format there are no Chapter Markers in the DVDA timeline. The media was rendered in Vegas to include project markers.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Yes, if I render to the default .avc elementary stream there are no markers, but if I select Custom/System/Format and render to .m2ts MPEG2 transport stream, there are markers.

Thanks Peter, I'll try that.

I actually kick-off a render overnight using the AVCHD template rather than the Blu-ray template. The AVCHD tempalte defaults to an M2TS container.

I am guessing this is going to have the chapter markers when inserted in DVDA, too. The downside (I am guessing) is that DVDA will take more time the render the Project with an AVCHD media than it would with Blu-Ray media.

p.s., Seems strange that the Blu-Ray template in Vegas would default to an elementary stream container that cannot carry project marker information.
