No download software in order confirmation email. "Error has occured"?

I did not receive my software download link in my email and I am not able to contact support for some reason either, any ideas on ways I can get this figured out? I was given a serial number but that is not working on the website either.

First question - what software have you purchased and was it direct from Magix?
