hola tengo vegas 20 años cuando quiero pones galleta de Newblue titler pro7 me pone not activated.esta activado pero no lo reconoce Vegas, que tengo que hacer es posible hablar con algun tecnico?

First, this doesn't fall into the "Vegas Effects" category...
My first recommendation is to always contact NewBlue support - especially on activation issues - as that is where the best support will come from as they can look up your information and see what might, possibly, be happening.
If you look in the App Manager, does it show as activated? If you log out of the App Manager and then sign back in, that will reset the activation - does it show activated then? But you really need to contact NewBlue support.

You were given help with the advice to contact NewBlueFX support - after all, NewBlue Titler Pro 7 is a NewBlueFX product, not a Vegas/MAGIX product - regardless of whether or not TP7 came with a Vegas Pro purchase or subscription.

I can show you it working in VEGAS Pro 21 as it does on my machine. You need to contact NewBlue support and send them as much information as to what is happening as possible.
