No idea which render settings to use

Hi folks,

I really need some advice about rendering settings.

Whilst on holiday, I did some filming using a mixture of iPhone, Sony Alpha 3 and my Canon G10 video camera.

At times I used the 50i settings, at times the 25p settings. So I have several files of different frame rates.

I am trying to render a video for playback on my iphone/ipad that takes into account and preserves the various frame rates and keeps a good quality.

For the life of me though I cant figure out which one to use. Can anyone help?

Which type of files can that read or is making itself?
