No options available in Preview deices

Hello,

I am facing an issue that not able to use the full screen (external monitor).When I clicked nothing happened .While checking the preference I can't see any device settings in the "Preview device " (screen shot attached) Can anyone advise to recover my issue .

I am using the version vegas 15 build 177

Install .NET Framework 4.6.2. Unfortunately the Vegas installers don't check for it or install it, but it's required on Windows 7 for a couple of things including that.
