"no renderer found for source reader"

I get this message when starting the program (ver 2).

PIII 1GHZ
512MB ram
Asus TUSL2 Mobo
Matrox G450 AGP Video

This seems to be a common mesaage, what is it???

Just to let tech support know. I reformated my HD and re-installed VF. Error message showed up on first run. This msg. is really getting old.

In case you have not yet contacted Technical Support in relation to this issue, it has been fixed. It is a problem with the Twain_32.dll not installing on your PC appropriately, or due to the fact that you uninstalled scanner software and it pulled that file off the system. Contact a support rep so that they can send you the necessary file to fix this little (very benign) error message on boot.

Can't you just give us a URL to download the fix? I have contacted support about my "scrolling text" option just dissappearing and haven't heard squat. I am very happy with VF otherwise, but I am a new customer to your company - if I have trouble getting fixes to problems that I have not myself created, it will mean an end to any business relationship with you.

I know support is difficult, trust me, I am Senior Technical Engineer for a company - but even a "We'll get back to you" from a HUMAN is better than a canned reply and then NOTHING. Right?

In addition to some of my titling options suddenly disappearing, I am also experiencing this "renderer" message at startup. A direct fix would be most inviting. Thanks.
