No sound!

There is no sound when i play the video and it's not muted. How to fix this?

You'll need to specify how you are playing the video. Is there no sound when you are playing the video on the timeline in VMS or is it a rendered movie that isn't playing any audio? Do you have sound when you play an audio CD in Media Player?
