No email here either. I'm a registered owner, my email address is correct, AND I opted into the release announcement list via the popup. I feel Sonic Foundry should examine and correct the problem.
Hey people! I didn't receive the mail either....soooo...I sent them a email and what you know...had a response within ten minutes of my posting! you can however still get the special upgrade price without the mail via the upgrade page...well it worked for me!
Please excuse the bulk email, however, you all have the same issue that I
think can be taken care of quickly with one email. Our email load exploded
with the release of Vegas, so this is necessary, although I realize not very
customer friendly.
It seems all of you own a copy of Vegas Video 3.0, and when you wrote, you
were still waiting for your special offer email. According to our marketing
team, the last emails were sent out last night, so all of you should have
your emails at this point, but if not, I've included the information below
for your reference. If you had additional questions in your email, you will
be contacted separately. I just didn't want you to have to go the entire
