You would need to provide some basic information:
--What type of "mini video cam"? There are hundreds of different ones.
--What type of files?
--What codecs?

i just purchase a mini video cam from Ebay (i think its China made), i dont know about the file but it play in my GOM player , real player, window player and etc... all my video player it plays, i think i downloaded a new codec (k-lite codec) also thats why it plays and has a extention of .avi all my video. pls help me. thank you

its a Real time recording in AVI video format ,AVI video format 640*480

If you are able to provide the details about your camera and files, or else upload a clip somewhere, someone may be able to help you. I suggested using the tutorial as a starting point. It links to a full tutorial that tells you how to provide the information about your files. Saying that it is .avi isn't good enough, but look at the paragraph that talks about "keychain video" cameras. Is that what it is??

Without the file details or a clip to look at, it is anybody's guess.

Then a possible solution is already posted in the tutorial I linked to above.
You probably need an MJPEG VFW codec.
