No wave in event

I just upgraded to Vegas Audio from Vegas Pro. I use a
Delta 1010 soundcard. When I'm tracking my music,
sometimes when I'm done recording a track, and I click done
on the recorded files window, the wave will not show in the
event. I can hear the track on playback but I can't see
it. This happens speratically(Example:I will record 5
tracks fine and on the sixth this will happen) I double
checked my preffrences and everything seems cool, but no
solution. Any suggestions??

Okay, mabey no one has the answer, but has anybody
experienced this same problem? or is it just me? I'm
wondering if this is a bug in the software, or something I
can do about it.

What version are you using? There was a similar bug that
was supposedly fixed an update or two back and I haven't
seen anyone complain about it in months.

About that same time I also recall seeing what looked like
a vertical hash mark in tracks that, upon closer
inspection, could be opened up into a viewable wave file.
Might want to look a little closer for that type of
artifact.

You also might want to solo that track and render it to a
new mono file ... that usually allowed me to at least a
get .wav event into the correct track if all else failed.

Like I say, these were workarounds for issues that were
supposedly fixed a good while ago.

Did you do a fresh install? That would be my next
recommendation if the problem persists.
