Paul, I'm not sure why the link doesn't work for you but go to the main site at www.mikecrash.com, click the Downloads link on the left side and then the Sony Vegas plugins link.
Be advised that the Neat video plugin is very render intensive.
These are the only two I'm aware of that work with Vegas.
Apparently After Effects has something but, as I'm not an AE user, I'm not sure what they would be.
It's almost miracle software. I am more than willing to agree with John. However, the User interface, IMO, needs to be redesigned. I found it "opaque" in its more than obvious attempt to try and be helpful, it, for me, just made itself too complicated for its own good. Kinda ironic, really?
"Neat" also has a great User Forum, which provides clear ways-forward. It is hosted by one of the INTERNET'S more ascorbic moderators (love him!) - he (?) says what he thinks. Ask about Vegas and the temporal options? John, has that now been addressed?
Neat Video is the best I have tried (out of many). However its 'radius' setting (number of frames for temporal denoising) has the side effect of delaying the video by that same number (of frames). Caused by the Vegas plugins interface. My easiest workaround is to use Vegas's Audio Delay FX. Worth the trouble though. Also non smooth skinned people can be made to look more smooth-skinned (and usually thank me for that).
