Hello,
I've been using Noise Reduction 2.0 plugin for eons in Vegas. Recently had a hard drive crash and so far have been unable to find the install file at the Magix site.
In any case, there haven't been any changes to NR2 in probably a decade. Not even sure if it's still being developed.
What other audio noise reduction plugins do you recommend? In particular, I like simple and user friendly.

Noise Reduction 2.0 is a native Sound forge plugin. Install Sound Forge and Vegas will recognize it automatically.
I also use in Vegas the following plugins:
1) Noise Reduction (Adobe Audition)
2) X-Noise (Waves Plugins)
3) Acon Digital Denoise
But what has the best result is Adobe Audition Noise Reduction.

It's better to use an existing thread if the subjects are very similar, especially if you made such a thread of your own in the not-too-distant past.
