Ok, I'm still new to Vegas but learning a lot of it's in's and out's. I've been interested in using a couple scripts that I thought would help me a little bit. Proxy Stream is a big one for me. I know nothing about coming up with scripts though. I'm working with an HMC150 AVCCAM that everyone knows is AVCHD utilizing SDHC cards. 4gig limit on files, so long clips get divided. Think right in the middle of a wedding ceremony and about 2-3 seconds disappear because of this. Almost like a dropout with HDV.

I guess there's a way to retrieve the lost info though and this is what I found at the DVX forums:

1. Press WIN+R

Now my question.......is there any way that one of you script geniuses could turn that into a simple script for us AVCHD users so we don't have to do all of that? You could call it AVCHD Mender or something. I don't know. I know I would use the heck out of it. Any thoughts?
