No, there is no way to do this from CD Architect at this time.

Sound Forge XP would allow you to normalize the tracks to their
highest level without clipping, however, since different songs have
different peaks, there's no way to get them exactly the same without
compression, however some people claim that compression on the
overall mix sounds bad.
