Not able to burn DVD as menu exceeds 1GB

I am a lady in my 70's and a total beginner. I have prepared and burnt several quite long family holiday DVD's but this time I have struck a problem. I have 53 minutes edited programmme ready to burn, that includes the video vision, added text, additional commentary, transistions, chapters and background music. I have rendered the project in Movie Studio Platinum 7, and then transferred it to the basic Architect Studio 4 which came with the Movie Studio purchase.I received a message on the screen "The total size of all menus cannot exceed 1 GB. Your project's estimated menu size exceeds the limit and your project cannot be prepared until you reduce the total menu size.. Estimated Project Size :2615 MB (56% of 4.7 GB.) How do I deal with the problem? Can I divide the project into two so that half is in Menu 1 and the other half is in Menu 2? I have never understood the principles of menus, so I have not used that feature before, but I understand that, by default, the entire project becomes Menu 1.I have looked in Architect Studio Quick Start Manual under menu information and also in the Online "Help" but it all seems lots of words and jargon. It is obvious that I have little understanding of the principles involved and I am in need of a simple and practical explanation. I hope someone will be able to solve my problem. Thanks
