Not Able to Use AI Tools or Log In to Vegas HUB

Hi! I've acquired the Vegas Pro 21 Edit Steam Version and I'm trying to use the AI features but they're not avaiable. I saw that I need to be logged on in the Vegas HUB, but this option is turned of in my toolbar! I wish to know how to solve this problem.

Can Steam support help? Normally we have to install VEGAS and the "deep learning modules" to get AI to work. HUB has nothing to do with the Fx.
