i can no longer write cds to my usb drive, cos often it will not write the lead out
(even though vegas says all is finished)

there seems to be some communication problem between the two.

i can write to an ide drive, and nero to the usb drive but not vegas to usb..

because the PC is in a machine room this is a big issue, its a long way around to access the internal drive..

any ideas why this might now occur? it used to be fine.. did it start with vegas 6c?.. im not sure because it doesn't happen everytime, and its not clear when it has without checking by trying to read the burnt disk.. it will still play till near the end on an audio player...
