To a limited extent you can just use the Pan/Crop at the end of any event for simple panning zooming cropping. For more extensive control there are other methods. In Version 5 Vegas allows working in 3D space. There's also distortion filters for twisitng, bending, rotating, etc.. Also Wax and prior to that 3D plug in pak by Satish.
