not visible in viewer

When I load an MP4 file in VegasEffects, it shows up in the trimmer but not in the viewer.
However, the HEVC format is now displayed in the viewer.
However, when the cache builds up, that part of the file is not displayed again.
I think it is not a problem with the software but with the settings of the PC, but I don't know how to solve this problem.
Can anyone help me?

GPUのモデルとドライバーのバージョンも教えてくれませんか。おそらくGPUｘメディアの問題だと思います。

（上記の質問が日本語のままで読める人が少ないです。Deep-Lとかで訳してみたらいかがですか？）

また、GPUはNAIDIA GeForce GTX1650　グラフィックスドライバー472.12になります。

471.12はあまりにも古くて、VEGAS Effectsをインストールをした際、警告はなかったですか？

最新のスタジオ・ドライバーを試したらいかがですか？私のGTX 1050で546.01を使っています。

もし問題を起こしているファイルをどこかでアップできれば（グーグルドライブなど）、ここで試すことをかまいません。
