Notebook: Toshiba satellite 50XX...

Did somebody buy the Satellite serie from Toshiba and if yes, did it work well with VV3? It's got a FireWire port but they can't tell if it's OHCI compliant...
Any comment would be welcomed!

I have a Toshiba Satellite 3005-S304 and have used it to access my firewire hardrive that stores all my Vegas footage. I can take the firewire hardrive with my laptop and edit existing footage! Haven't actually downloaded from my DV camera directly into the Satellite, yet.
