Sounds to me like a firewire card issue, have you been able to do a successful print to tape in the past? IF this is the first attemt I would first make sure the network connection is disabled for your firewire card if you're using XP, then make sure your card is OCHI compliant. If none of that works I would try a diffrent firewire card.
