NTSC-PAL-DVD-VHS

Simple question I hope to clear up my mind. I made a 2 hour tourist video which goes on sale for Easter time. I want this available in both dvd and vhs, and mtsc/pal.
So, i render it ntsc, it goes to dvd and vhs normally. I render it pal, burn it to dvd as I would ntsc? and how do I get the pal version on video, just as normal or do I need a special video tape recorder?
Sorry if this is old stuff, I cant find answers.
Thanks

To record a VHS PAL tape you'll need a VCR that can record PAL. I've got a SHVS machine that can that although I'm always doing it the other way around, shooting PAL, recording PAL and then rendering a NTSC version and recording that on the VHS machine via ADVC-300 switched to NTSC.
Same goes for DVD, just encode as PAL and set DVDA project to PAL and all should be well.
