NTSC timecode in PAL project

Makes it fiddly to start at specific frame. I am missing a setting or does DVDA only support NTSC timecode?

Tried this. It does not change the timecode displayed. 29 frames still show :(
Work around, I guess, is to add markers in Vegas before going to DVA.
