GREAT, BUT WHAT IF I WANT TO DO MINUTES OR SECONDS INSTEAD OF FRAMES? IF I TYPE 30, IT JUMPS AHEAD 30 FRAMES, BUT I'D LIKE THE OPTION TO JUMP 30 SECONDS OR MINUTES
THANKS AGAIN

Then type in the proper timecode for 30 seconds (i.e. 30:00) or 30 minutes (i.e. 30:00:00) instead of only 30!

IF you don't put in the SEPARATORS such as a colon, then it assumes you are talking FRAMES. IF you put in the colon, 30:00 then it would go to thirty seconds.
