NVENC (NV Encoder) problem with new nvidia drivers (VP22)

Are there any plans to update VP22 to fix the NVENC encoder issue with the new NVIDIA drivers? NVIDIA says they can’t fix it and that it’s the responsibility of the Vegas developers. Please fix this. I don’t want to use VP23 (it’s been very problematic for me)

Either rollback driver or upgrade to VP23.
