I don't understand why, when I am working with keyframes, often a previous keyframe will get highlighted along with the one I am currently adjusting, so when I move the one I am working on, the other one that mysteriously got highlighted moves as well, out of position from where I placed it...it's really obnoxious. And sometimes, it will, for no apparent reason, highlight the FIRST keyframe in a clip I am editing, so when I try to drag the keyframe back in time, I can't because the first one in the cilp also mysteriously got highlighted and that one can't be moved back any further so the one I am actually trying to work with can't be moved back further either....I realize I just have to UNhighlight the first keyframe and then I can move the one I'm working on, but this makes no sense! It's happening mostly with track effect keyframes.
The other obnoxious thing is the timeline magnification level when working with two track effect keyframes...I want to align two track effect keyframes to the same spot; when I go to grab the second one, the magnification of the timeline jumps back to default or some other magnification level, so I have to remagnify it so I can correctly line it up with the other keyframe I've already placed.
Is there any way to stop these things? I am assuming there is some button or setting or preference I need to play with to stop it. It's driving me crazy!
Thanks!
