Odd error message on startup

Hi,
Since installing XP on my machine, everytime I start up DVD Architect I get the following message:

Entry point not found
The procedure entry point WMCreateBackupRestorer could not be located in the dynamic link library WMVCore.dll

I press OK, the message pops up again, I press OK once more, the message disappears and the program opens normally, and there doesn't seem to be any problem from then on. I don't think it's the "fault" of DVD Architect, but could anyone explain what is causing the error on startup?

Thanks

Did you turn off Terminal Services? If so, turn them back on.

They do appear to be on already. (Took a while to find the menu where they're listed)

Why do they need to be on, what are they doing, and why does the error message come up?

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the functioning of DVD-A, just the error message on startup. Occasionally happens in Vegas, but I can't remember the specific thing I do that provokes the message.

Thanks
