I've only been using Vegas for a couple of weeks, but it has developed an odd behavior. (My guess is that it's a PEBKAC).
Sometimes when I drag a chunk of video out of the trimmer, all I get is the audio. The video stays behind. This didn't happen last weekend when I was working on Vegas using the same video files. It's a new (and annoying) behavior.
I thought perhaps I'd screwed up some of the preferences, so I set them all back to defaut. Once I reloaded the project, the video moved just as I expected.
Later, working on the same project, the video stopped dragging again.
Without changing anything, I closed and re-opened the project. This time the video came across.
Any thoughts on what I'm doing to cause this would be appreciated.
