Offline files

I have a removeble drive with SOME of the RAW Avi files, veg, and supporting audio. I want to work on the veg file on another computer. The question is when Vegas can't find files and I tell Vegas to leave them offline, I save the file, and take the drive home, how do I get the offline files back online. Or will Vegas look for the files each time I open the project, and thus find the files?

It will look each time as far as I've ever experienced.

the "leave them offline" is just pertaining to that particular session of vegas.

Make a note of the removable drives letter. When you get home assign that same drive letter to the drive.
