I'm trying to register my copy of Sony Vegas Pro 8 (8.0 Build 144) on my newer PC (Lenovo Windows 8.1). The online method does not work and I've read that the old Sony servers are shut down. I have my serial number and used the authentication code to be allowed to use the software but it says I have 22 days left to register before it expires. I do not want to lose access to this program that I own. Please help me. I've submitted a support ticket a few minutes ago but read somewhere that this issue was not being responded to or solved? I just want to take every measure I can to get this sorted. Thank you for reading and please help me if you can.
