Often some clips in import doesn't import its stream audio with. WHY?

it happened often with me. when my clients send me clips.

they are playable in mobile and computer but when i import them to VEGAS they import only video stream not its audio stream.

why its happening?

my client create videos in Samsung S23 Ultra

and send me on telegram which didn't compress videos.

same way last videos he send to me are working good.

but not this type of.

i have to convert it to import them in VEGAS.

Standard AVC/AAC h264, and so far no issue, whether using 'newer' avc decoder (mxcompoundplug) or 'legacy' avc decoder (so4compoundplug) in my system:

bro ur RAM is 260gb? and you set it 50%. is this really helps in something?

why others are suggesting to keep it on default?

other than all settings are fine for me.

may be i found the cause of my problem

i set this setting to opposite from VEGAS Pro 15 (so4) settings. it cause for me smooth playback on that time

so i keep them opposite in every version. so this is the problem for this.

set it to default now.

all good with audio now.

@iEmby In the past with VP18 onwards I tried all the suggestions to get better performance or fewer crashes inc setting Dynamic RAM to 0 or the default, I found it made no difference for me. 50% of 256GB (8x32GB RAM sticks) gives me plenty of Dynamic RAM for better playback when I want an fx to run smooth, I can build dynamic ram for a full 3-4min+ project + effects.... That leaves the best part of 128GB for my PC to use, that's twice as much as most people have in total. 😏👍 (I think that's how it works anyway 🤷‍♂️😂)
