I compiled a group of four videos to burn. Using a DVD-R, I prepared and burned one disk. I checked it on my DVD player and it worked great. Went to bed, woke up next morning and proceeded to attempt to burn more copies. Well, darned if the thing didn't go all the way through the exact same process, tell me it was successful and eject the disk. Same disk and videos, mind you.

Well, lo and behold, the new DVD won't play on the same player. I even tried several more dvd's just to make sure it wasn't a rotten dvd. What's the deal?

My software is DVD Architect Studio 3

Very often this sort of thing is caused by poor or incompatible media -- you'll find tons of info on this sort of thing googling or visiting videohelp.com

Certain brands work better with certain DVD writers and players, it's usually better to record at lower speeds than the disc max, & personally I prefer to create a layout on hdd, then burn it using a separate program like Nero, which you can pick up for $3 - $10 at the surplus software sites online.
