Well, I started my new job today. In planning my semester, it appears that i will indeed be able to teach Vegas to my 9th grade kids. I know once before, someone mentioned that they would be happy to donate their license for Vegas 4 and DVD Architect 1.
I curently have 18 workstations that would need licenses (not counting my old Vegas 4 license.)
The plan is to have the students video the various projects they do in class and then use that footage to teach them to cut and edit in Vegas and then have them make a DVD to take home and share with their parents.
So if we could get 17 generous people to donate their license, I would be forever grateful. Also, if anyone has Spot's or Gary's trainign DVD that they would like to donate as well, I would be fortunate for that.
Seeing how I have no budget to work with as I am replacing a retiring teacher that taught from books dated 1991, donations would be greatly appreciated. If compensation is required, hopefully we can work something out, however, remember that I am working on a teachers salary as well.
Thank yout to all who contribute and to those that cant. Its the thought that counts. God bless.
