Hi,
I'm unable to complete a purchase online and also can't use the online forms to contact support.

I can see the Step 1 Review cart, but when I advance to Step 2 Enter billing information I get an error.

"The page you are trying to reach has generated an error. Please check that you have not tried to access a partial or erroneous URL."

I've purchased software there before with no problem.

Does any one know what's going on?
