only audio plays in wmp on cineform rendered video

Well, I'm going to guess that Google vids have the same limits as YouTube vids - 10 minutes or 100MB. So my question is, what did you render your video out as, and how big is the file?

You need to install Cineform's freeware codec to play it back outside of Vegas. Vegas only has a licensed code from Cineform that is restricted to playback on vegas only.
As for Youtube, it is normal to not support Cineform. It is not a delivery-grade codec, it's an intermediate one. You should have exported in WMV VGA resolution for youtube, not cineform.
