Opening files default

I have V10 and vista.

When clicking on "open files", the window list is set to many different file options.

Can I set the window to open only with "vegas movie studio project files (*vf)" as a default, or do I have to click this option every time?

Right-click on a file and select Open With/Choose Program then, on the option screen, browse to select Vegas Movie Studio and check the option to Always Use the Selected Program to Open This Kind of File.

It's an operating system function, so you should do it through Windows.
