I have seen a couple of YT videos showing how to set up tracking with bipolar entrapment, or whatever it is 😆....no...I should not jest .....Bezier Masking. The demos were using fairly static or slow moving subjects: a car's tail light and a man's hand etc.
I of course tried it on a couple of dogs playing in a park. It generated the anticipated hundreds of key frames, but struggled to hold the chosen subject in playback when there was a lot of interaction and sudden movement.
I am not sure if I need to hone the technique (make the Bezier "noose" smaller etc).
Has anyone with a bit of practice tested this to its limit? Is it good? I have to say that even if limited it's better than marking many key frames.
