Interested in getting the best possible dithering with the dithering plug-in in Vegas from classical and vocal live recordings. I'm not too concerned with the rendering time; longer is fine as long as I end up with the best possible quality.

What combinations of Dither Depth and Noise Shape will give the best results for these types of recordings?

The orignal source material was 20 bit from an ADAT. Worked with 24 bits in Vegas. Now rendering down to 16 bit in preparation for burning to CD-R's.
