Orange/pink hue over entire project

Using Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 8.0d (build 139)

I have a slight pink/Orange Hue overlaying my entire project. When I pull the raw footage into a new project, it is not there. It it affecting footage to which no FX is applied. However, when dragging the cut line on the footage, I can see the original color. Let go of the mouse and the hue comes back. This was not like this when I started the project because I have black and white titles which were black and white to start. They now have the pink/orange tint to them. Every video track is affected, but none have FX on them. Is there a project overlay I may have applied unintentionally? How do I find and remove?

You sure you don't have any track-wide plugins?

All the track FX are grey. Nothing there. And it doesn't matter which track the video is on - in this project the footage has this color to it. But it didn't start this way. I know that for sure because my black and white title cards are slightly sepia now. I obviously clicked something somewhere along the line. But, what?

Found it. A "Video Output FX" was applied to the whole project. Unclick and gone. Natural to figure it out 5 minutes after posting.
