" hahaha..... ;-) just about everything in Iceland native language is difficult or impossible for the average person to pronounce! ;-) I thought Sweden's language was strange when it comes to descriptions of items or names ..... but at least you can learn to speak it.

Indeed the pictures were spectacular !! .. WOW.
This got me thinking. Apropos of pronouncing Eyjafjallajokull -- We were in Iceland last Sept. My video of the trip includes what we thought might be one of the outlet glaciers for the volcano that is now erupting. But I didn't get a spelling on it at the time. Our guide seems to be saying ay-ya-fyadl-a-yok-udl which is a phonic spelling from someone in Iceland. I know from Google maps that Eyjafjallajokull is very close to where I was shooting that day, near a beautiful waterfall called Seljalandsfoss.
