OT: Another article on copyrights...?

In an article on MSN, Michael Kanellos, Editor at large, CNET news.com, discusses some issues with copyright and patents. I'm not convinced that his opening example (the sale of Rolling Stones footage from 1965) provides adequate support for his argument.

I'd be interested to know what others might think.

They also had the article if you reported (communicated) that there was DRM on something that you would be in jail for 10 years.
