OT - Anybody got a good Diary?

I'm very used to Outlook .. neat package . . this machine don't have it . . .anybody got a neat and kosher download option for something akin to MS Outlook? - Nothing fancy just dates and check-offs . ..

Then again, call me a Ludite but I still prefer paper diaries. Maybe it's just the thought of having my whole existance deleted too easily.
