Seem outrageously cheap, cheap enough to just use everywhere apart from real mixing. Can't find any real reviews of them, maybe at the price I'll just 'write my own'.
Or Behringer's lower prices could be explained by being made in China... which may be cheaper than the other countries audio gear is being produced in (I'm not sure where the Ebtech is made).
I've seen that a LOT lately, there seems to be identical mixers to the Behringer ones also coming out of China at even lower prices.
BTW though, that cable tester is one very usefull bit of kit, regardless of which variant you buy or who made it, great for testing video leads with the right adaptors.

No honour among thieves it seems.
Hm,
now that I think about it those MS40 monitors are very similar to the Edirol ones we have that cost nearly 3 times as much.
It's all in all a bit hard to say how one should feel about this, I pretty much lost my last full time job working for a US company that moved all its manufacturing to China. Needless to say this wasn't so they could sell their product cheaper, just so they could make more profit on it.
Speaking of things made in China, I saw a PD180 the other day, made by Sony in China for the Chinese market, it even looked kind of chinese, wierd.
