OT: attempting to post HD video at Vimeo

I'm trying out the Vimeo video sharing site for the first time... I was able to upload a video in 720p resolution, but the playback looks jerky on my machines here, even though the CPU usage is not pegged. Can anyone have a look and tell me if playback looks smooth to them? http://www.vimeo.com/1049025

This is just a simple test pattern rotating, the motion should be completely smooth.

EDIT: downloading my original mp4 as a file from Vimeo plays fine. So it's only the live streaming version that is jerky. I assume that's just the way they re-encode it.

fine here, AFTER it's all been buffered.

It looked relatively smooth (not perfect, but close enough for government work.) The guys at Vimeo are always tweaking things with the player, including what frame rate is used for playback on the site (I've read that it's been changed a few times from 24 fps to 30 and then back to 24, so I have no idea what it's currently set to.) The nice thing is that anyone who wants to see the original can download it (since you left that option available.)
