Sony,, B&H is offering your FX1 packaged with Edius software. I'm getting enough grief concerning edius, i'm the sole survivor in my little company using Vegas.
i know they are a huge distributer,, maybe a sales call ? I'm no marketing genius, but come on guys .
I'm not sure what your point is...if Canopus is willing to pay for the ads, and subsidize the cost of the FX1 advertising...then who's B&H to turn that down? It's ad dollars, and since Canopus has never been strong in B&H, this is a good way for them to get noticed. It caught your attention...didn't it?
On the other side tho, I do wish that Sony Broadcast and Sony Media Software worked more closely together on advertising.
B&H is very smart for packaging an editing software that will handle HDV,, my point is Sony should be a little smarter and work with their mega distributors to position their own products.
Like i said I'm no marketing genius, , just an example of corporate stupid that could cause sony some business. But thats really none of my business, more importantly GO STEELERS !!!!!
You missed my point. Canopus is PAYING B&H to have that package. Sony should do more of the same, granted, but don't for one second think that B&H just one day said "Let's bundle these two things together." They use MDF funds for this, and Canopus has never been dumb about marketing.
Yeah, alexander is a great back,, OK I know this is totally off subject but at least its not politics!! Last week here in the Charlotte paper they did a Panther and seahawk matchup page. Showed a pic of each player and their stats, for the seahawks QB they had the name as David Hasselhoff, and you guessed it, his finest Baywatch photo!!
Love that Charlotte disturber.
David Hasselhoff throws 2 interceptions , holds his belly in all day ,and the steelers win by 7
