I've had two - both were sent back as I found both of them to be unbelievably unreliable with absolutely no diagnostic tools that could give the user the slightest possibility of fixing any problem that may arise.

My experience is definitely very, very negative...

I know that their Signature Pro prinrts are great, we have 4 of them hooked up to Composer Pro robotics. I'd be kind of wary of a "all in one" machine though.

Yea, I've got one and it woks great. but you have to follow a checklist of procedures to ensure reliable performance. First, you HAVE to have a TI chipset firewire card. Primera recommends the Adaptec 4300. Second you HAVE to test the robotics, reset them to the starting point and verify the USB communications to the printer are working. This takes all of one minute. Third, you have to NOT do anything on the PC while the Bravo is in operation.
Finally, use your own backgrounds with a lot of blank space to conserve color ink!
