I tried brew my own beer, but my last batch didn't come out so good. It was overly carbonated and tasted metallic. I have issues w/ the temperature regulation during the fermentation and bottling. Temperatures here are in the mid 80's to low 90's so it's hard to find a place where the temps are in the upper 60's. Not sure if year old yeast could have contributed to the bad batch. Haven't brewed a batch since. (;
