OT: Copyright info in first play or main feature?

Would you guys recommending putting a copyright screen on a DVD as a first play, preceding the main menu, or in the feature itself?

The problem with the 1st option is that it's irritating if you own a DVD and get that thrust at you every time you play it while you wait for the menu.

The problem with the 2nd option is that viewers can bypass it if they jump to a scene in the middle of the DVD, which might weaken my legal case when I get pirated.

What do you reckon? Which do you do?

Stick with it as first play. Sure its annoying to the viewer but its even more annoying if they pirate your stuff, not saying that a copyright screen will prevent but to the normal viewer with decent values, it will make them think twice before they rip your stuff.

Should/could be both... as first play and in the ending credits.
