OT- Customflix.com DVD reviews?

Hi - any of you folks have horror stories or success stories in using www.customflix.com ?

I don't want to ever have to go to the post office again, or stock inventory myself again, been selling 1000s of VHS's myself this past 4 years, really tired of that, so I dont mind paying up a bit to have it vended out in all my new DVD releases, looks like a reasonably well established outfit. Concern about DV-R compatibility vs having them replicate/ship instead .. that's about it...

Any feedback, as long as I'm willing to absorb the higher cost, eg quality of working with them, getting paid on time, good customer service or not?

thanks all --

ken

I'm just bumping this back up because I'd be interested in hearing anything about this too.

I have dealt with them so far on one project - it was a rush job trying to get my Outdoor Ed video for the 5th graders done before the school year ended before the summer. They had great customer service - got my 75 copies turned around really quick. The copies were great and they used quality Ritek G04 media. They reviewed my DVD to make sure all the chapter points worked, sound levels were good, etc. and let me know via e-mail that everything was A-OK.

I have not used their service where you set up a web page to sell your stuff. I just needed them to duplicate a bunch in a hurry.

Ken, I was just wondeing what you are selling 1000s of VHS copies of?

With my slideshow project I am really torn between whether I can do enough home burning to keep up, or should I just go get a bunch pressed or use something like CustomFlix. It will really depend on how the orders stack up I guess.
